SYNOPSIS

A vicious killer (Wang Baoqiang) preys upon Hong Kong’s elite Martial Arts exponents, taking them out one-by-one with unbelievable skill and savagery. Baffled by the mysterious assailant, the local police are forced to turn to their last resort, convicted murderer and Kung Fu legend Xia (Donnie Yen). Xia agrees to help in return for his freedom, but the lethal killer continues to elude them and now has his sights set on the ultimate prize, Xia himself. Refusing to be drawn into a life or death duel, Xia is pushed to the limit when the killer threatens the woman he loves the most.
